A Reporting system supports the appropriate dissemination of information within the project, improving transparency for all parties involved.

Controllability of the project will be enhanced. Standard Reports:

• Work-Breakdown-Structure (WBS)
• Critical Path Report
• Baseline Schedule
• Monatsbericht (Summary on one page)
• Meilensteinverfolgung (Milestone-Trend-Analysis “MTA”)
• Master Project Schedule (MPS)
• Look Ahead Schedule
