We have more than twenty-five years in project controls experience for different industries. In early project phases, ITECS assists the project in Front-End-Loading (FEL) to define the project master plan. Later, with project progress, the Master Project Schedule (MPS) will be developed based on work packages definition, tasks and relations to each other.
