This simple process of gathering all the information needed to update your project schedules will save you time and money, and will delight your project members. Using MS Excel, the tasks to be updated are exported from your schedule and sent to the project team. Project staff and external parties can simply enter their progress. The completed “Progress Request” is imported again and your project schedules are always up to date.
The ITECS Progress Reporter is a Microsoft Excel application with interfaces to MS Project and Primavera P6.
